But, what is Peter's principle? - Very simple, it is a theory that maintains that we are all good for something, but not for everything. And that we can be excellent gardeners, but terrible cooks. And that nothing happens, as long as we know it, and we are able to assume it. The problem comes when you don't want to see and you have to suffer the devastating effects of this terrible confusion.
